The project

Delta Point in Croydon was a 405-unit high-rise residential development. Ross Gill's previous UK construction experience included substantial drylining and plastering delivery across the high-rise, involving shaftwall systems, SFS, CP board and fire/acoustic systems across multiple floors.

Delivery requirements

High-rise residential delivery at this scale required rigorous sequencing, safety management and technical compliance. Key delivery considerations included:

• Multi-floor installation coordination

• RAMS and toolbox talks for higher-risk activities
