Ross Gill brings more than 24 years of experience across drylining, plastering and associated construction systems. During his career in the UK, Ross worked across major residential, commercial and mixed-use developments — gaining extensive experience in drylining packages, plastering, metal stud partitions, suspended ceilings, SFS framing and specialist performance systems.

His experience extends beyond installation. Ross has managed large site teams, coordinated works around programme and other trades, interpreted technical drawings, managed material call-offs, led RAMS and toolbox talks, and supported phased project handovers. At peak, Ross managed workforces of up to 170 people across live construction environments.

Large-scale drylining and plastering package across 485 residential units, including metal stud, plasterboard, suspended ceilings, internal plastering and fire/acoustic systems.

• Coordinated a peak workforce of 92 people across multiple floors and blocks
• Directed multiple crews, tracked output per block/landing and rebalanced labour for phased handovers
• Verified firestopping and acoustic details, maintaining inspection records for compliance
• Installed metal stud partitions, plasterboard systems and suspended ceilings to specification

405-Unit High-Rise Residential Development
