The project
Ascot Road in Watford was a large-scale residential development comprising 485 units. During Ross Gill's previous UK construction career, his role involved substantial drylining and plastering delivery across the development, including the coordination of multiple crews and systems across a phased construction programme. The experience required labour planning, technical set-out, coordination with site management and other trades, quality control and support for phased handovers.
Delivery requirements
A development of this scale required consistent output across multiple floors and units while maintaining programme, specification and finish standards. Key delivery considerations included:
