The project
The Victoria Collection in Brixton was a luxury residential apartment development. Ross Gill's previous experience included high-end drylining and plastering finishes, feature walls, fire and acoustic systems and external renders across multiple units.
Delivery requirements
Luxury residential delivery required premium finishes, unit-by-unit sequencing and compliance with building regulations. Key delivery considerations included:
