Delivery requirements

Delivering across multiple concurrent developments required consistent quality, supplier management and design coordination. Key delivery considerations included:

• Design clarifications with site engineers on wall build-ups and door schedules
• Supplier relationship management for boards, renders, trims and ceilings
• Coordination with site managers and other trades
• Snag prevention through lighting checks, edge trims and corner protection
• Maintaining quality across multiple developments
